Support is for focused, contained problems. Larger tasks can develop into Your Project.
Support consists of three one-hour sessions, scheduled individually so that you can work and develop the problem between meetings.
Before the first session, describe the problem and provide a private share link to any relevant Rhino, Grasshopper or reference files so that we can review the material in advance and use the booked time efficiently. If you do not have a link ready when booking, we can request it later by email.
Support sessions are generally available Mondays and Tuesdays.
3 × 1-hour sessions — €300
Pay €100 when booking the first session. After that session, you decide whether to continue.

The first payment is credited towards the package. If you stop after the first session, nothing further is due. If you continue, the remaining €200 — or €144 for students — is invoiced separately.
